The Leadership2gether Teen Fellows program is a well-established, recognized one-year program for a diverse group of high school students, designed around 4 pillars: leadership development, Judaism, Community service, and Israel. The 20 participants from Beer Sheva and Bnei Shimon regional council, are carefully chosen following an application and interview process. Their program includes 3 weekend retreats and a 3 week summer camp in Montreal where they interact with a parallel group.
