The Diller Teen Fellows is a well established, recognized one year program for a diverse group of Jewish secondary 5 (grade 11) students, designed around 4 pillars: leadership development, Judaism, Community service, and Israel. The 20 participants each from both Beer Sheva and Montreal will be carefully chosen following an application and interview process, and will follow a program which involves 8 Sunday workshops, 3 retreat weekends, a 10 day Spring Seminar when the Beer Sheva group visits Montreal, and a 3 week Summer Seminar when over 300 teens in the North American groups visit Israel. The mifgashim involve joint programming, home hospitality, and the opportunity to design and carry out community service projects.
