The various partnership programs and projects have changed and updated throughout its years of operation in accordance with the Federation's strategic planning and regional needs and emphases. In light of various events that have occurred in recent years that signal the growing gap between Israel and Diaspora, the Federation has decided to redirect resources to programs that will strengthen the relationship and raise awareness of the issue in the community. In the coming year we will create a small group -Think tank, who will think together how to produce a broader impact and deeper understanding of the Israeli-Diaspora relationship, and to explore diverse and new directions.
