In the strategic process begun last year in the Partnership, it was decided that our emphasis in the upcoming period should be on young adults in both the Partnership region and in Michigan. Unlike our past experience with the Young Adult Forum, this time participants will be in an older age range and of different status in lifefollowing their academic studies/embarking on a career or after settling down in the region for the long termwhich will allow us to build a sustainable young community. Create a community of young adults from the three Partnership municipalities dedicated to providing solutions to the community in various areas including: culture, recreation, family, career, and other areas in the community's interest. The connections that form between members of the young community will strengthen and contribute to the three municipalities and the entire Partnership region (human capital and community capital). Strengthening the connection between the young adults community in the Partnership area and the Michigan young adults community.
