The Lester Ambassador Program aims to form deep people-to-people connections between young adults in Metro Detroit and peers in our Partnership Region in Israel. This two-year program is broken out into four semesters ( Jewish identity & Values, Discovering Community, Leadership, Legacy ) each with a unique focus area intentionally selected to build individual relationships and form a thoughtful community of leaders. Each cohort includes 10 participants from the U.S and 10 from Israel; purposefully selected based on commitment to community development, passion for global Jewish connection, and leadership potential.
