Kastina 38 is an art project in the public space led by local artists and the Kiryat Malachi young adult center. The project was established in order to creatively convey the story of the old streets and communities in Kiryat Malachi trough strengthening these communities and creating a long term continues art project executed by the people of the communities. This project helps to make the creative expression more accesses able to the general public on one hand and create an additional community artistic tourist attraction in Kiryat Malachi on the other hand.
