Unistreams flagship program, an intensive three year program cultivating high potential youth from underprivileged backgrounds. From the ninth grade onwards, the participants establish and manage fully functioning start-ups. With the guidance of hundreds of mentors, participants are taught to be entrepreneurs, learning all aspects of running a business and putting it into practice. It provides opportunities to master communication skills, advanced technological expertise, critical thinking, creativity, project management, budget management, goal setting, public speaking, business English and self-motivation. The program provides a tool-box of practical skills and rare hands-on experience, which are un-heard of in the work force. Unistreams successful track-record has proven that instilling these 4 fundamentals: business and social entrepreneurship, leadership and technological expertise, forges socially conscious leaders who know how to seize opportunities, set goals and give back - leaders of change who implement their social outlook in the business arena.
