The Diller Teen Fellowship is the first Partnership youth program in over 15 years that includes exchange visits to Israel and to Toronto. The program was approved by both the Israel and Overseas Committee and the Israel Engagement Committee in order to create dialogue between young people in Israel and Toronto. This is key to developing the next generation of Jewish leaders in both communities. The program enables participants to learn and practice their leadership and management skills. Participants comprise a cross section of the community so that different opinions and expressions of Jewish life are represented.
