Youth at Risk (Kidum Noar) was established as a unit of the Ministry of Education and opened in "Nofei Habesor" high school in January 2020. The organization is planned to promote the youth ages 14-18 and help them. The pupils arrive according to court order and bodies of welfare or reaching out, that is to say that workers wander around the areas where Youth at risk spend time and localize them. The kids enjoy an educational framework that accepts them after spotting from formal learning frameworks, from individual and group dynamics, as well as the possibility of learning towards obtaining a matriculation certificate. They can receive therapeutic service in addition to learning.
