Institutionalization of a community Beit Midrash that will operate throughout Eshkol R.C. and will be a study and meeting point for the residents of the region. Members of the group will be in joint studies on issues of Jewish culture and philosophy throughout the year and current and actual subjects. The group would meet with the guidance of honorable intellectuals. The project is a pilot in thinking about the young adults of the Regional Council as well as thinking of strengthening the connection with the diaspora and the preservation of Jewish identity.
