As an Australian businessman and lawyer, Mr. Biggs have built strong networks and connections across business, political and cultural landscapes. He started his career as a corporate lawyer at the international law firm, Ashurst. He is the former Chairman of the Young Leadership Division of Keren Hayesod UIA NSW. He is involved with Keren Hayesod Australia since 2009. He is a member of the Charles and Lyn Schusterman Family Foundation.

In 2016, he spearheaded ‘Israel NOW’, a contemporary art exhibition showcasing Israeli artists around the world.
