BTzavta Youth Leadership

B'Tzavta Youth Leadership Program is a unique program in the Partnership world. The program consists about 120 students, 9th 11th graders and 10 educators every year. It expose the participants to different social issues including Jewish identity, diversity, Jewish peoplehood, core social dilemmas, social justice, gender issues and more. The program gives venue for a significant discussion between educators and teens on leadership issues in the Jewish world and in Israel. The participants are involved in a weekly program that takes place in their educational institution in the formal or informal educational facility; in addition, the teens choose a volunteer project within their community, attend regional meetings with Partnership2Gether youth and form connections with their peers in the Southeast Consortium and in the Hadera Eiron region. For our Partnership this program is a pipe line for many of the partnership activities and programs.
