We now present profiles of six national communities to help with the project. We have chosen these particular ones because they represent the communities that are taking part in the initial stages of the project. We present each through the same ten questions that we asked the students to use in assessing their own national community. Each school can be helped in their work by two of the reports, one relating to their own national community and another relating to the national community that the students are examining. Of course, it is also possible to examine an additional community in class.

After each community profile we add a central address or website address that may prove useful to anyone who wants more information.
