Aviators Club is a leadership program for elementary and middle schools, in which an operational squadron from the Israeli Air Force adopts schools in the Israeli periphery. The pilots of these squadrons accompany children alongside professional instructors from the Ramon Foundation in different activities throughout 2 years of activity. The program fosters and empowers the children and leads them to strengthen their self-image, confidence, personal responsibility, leadership skills and confidence in their abilities. The program that is active today in 26 schools, is considered to be one of most desirable educational programs by municipalities due to its success in schools across Israel. The program is based on the a PhD of its founder- Reuven Tsemach, and is implemented today in 26 schools around Israel. The program has won an award of the Education Ministry and awarded the Air Force with an award of the Chief of Staffs volunteer unit.
