Start-Up Now is an annual, innovative, hands on program that combines business & social entrepreneurship, technology, & leadership. Its objective is to improve participants life quality, reduce socio-economic gaps, & break the notorious glass ceiling through employability skills, financial education, entrepreneurial tools & mindset alongside personal empowerment. The participants receive a rare opportunity to build a start-up company from scratch, accompanied by business people & entrepreneurs, enjoy weekly lectures, workshops & professional mentoring as an essential part of the program, which also connects youth from from different sectors through regional & national peak events. The program teaches business 101, employability skills e.g. brainstorming, writing a business plan, public speaking, running feasibility checks, launching a startup, project & budget management, presenting to business committees, developing a prototype, & designing marketing materials as well as soft skills
