Leadership and empowerment program involving about 150 teenagers, including some teens at risk, children of Ethiopian or other Olim families, and many others who are not active in youth movements or other after school programs, as well as members of the city's youth council. Activities include training of leadership and empowerment, as well as mentoring programs for younger children and monthly activities of volunteering in the community. Volunteering activities include events dedicated to Lone Soldiers, Purim/Chanukah/birthday parties for children with special needs or from needy families, and making packages for needy families, among others. There is also a special program about Jewish Identity; it consists of activities and events for holidays and special days, and an annual Shabbat seminar in Jerusalem for over 100 religious and non religious teens.
