Teens from Nesher and from Broward County are chosen to participate in a program to create real bonds between the teens in Nesher and in the Partnership communities through leadership programs. This program aims to enhance the teens Jewish identity, connection to The State of Israel and the importance of connecting our communities. The Nesher teens visit in Broward, volunteer in the JCC Day Camp, volunteer in the Senior Center, learn about Jewish life in the community, visit in synagogues and more. The teens are hosted in the homes of Broward teens.
