The Netivot Community Theatre is a blossoming project with the purpose of uniting all aspects of the city's population through theater in its various roles: actors, playwrights, directors and designers, musicians, etc. and to create in the city of Netivot a cultural and folklore scene that blends all the cultures and echelons in original creations that will be presented on the stages of Israel. The theater will operate on various levels, including a theatre school graduate group, a Russian speaking immigrant theater group, children's and youth group, a theatre school and a center for excellence in theater that will be developed gradually over the next three years.
