The program consists of the following activities: High level academic enrichment to students excelling in physics in cooperation with the Ilan Ramon Center at Ben Gurion University. Research projects. Science enrichment with "Hazit HaMada". Robotics program. We have developed an emotional/value driven approach to education that is reflected in the following ways: Building support groups for students that develop pride in the working group and instilling a sense of personal commitment to community activities. Directing students towards academic excellence. Working with top scientists who serve as role models for the students. Developing leadership qualities in students, who will demonstrate a commitment to the community
