Educating Tomorrows Leaders Today is an innovative life changing 3 years program that equips youth to make a quantum leap in their lives. The proposal will enable a rare opportunity for disadvantaged youth from Under privileged communities to break through Israels infamous glass ceiling and recalibrate the courses of their livesfrom academic achievements, meaningful military service, and higher education, on through to choosing a profession, and successful integration into the workforce. A rare opportunity to join Israel's "Start up Nation", which is usually limited for people who grew up in Tel Aviv's metropolitan. With personal mentorship from leading Israeli business people and entrepreneurs, Unistream's teens establish their own startup companies, and develop business ventures, alongside social entrepreneurship. This process provides the youth with a practical skill set, including entrepreneurial skills, soft skills, leadership and excellence skills.
