June 19, 2009 / 27 Sivan 5769 Chairman of the Zionist General Council, Rabbi Asher Hirsch (left) and Hagai Meirom,Treasurer of the Jewish Agency for Israel (right) addressed the Council`s 35/4 Session which convened prior to the Jewish Agency Assembly which opens on Sunday in Jerusalem and spoke on the proposed changes in governance that will be decided at the Jewish Agency`s Assembly.
