The School Partnerships project establishes mutual and professional relationships between 12 schools in the Northern Galil region and 12 schools in the UK. Shared activities throughout the school year center on Jewish holidays and values, and establish the partner schools as an integral part of the ongoing school curriculum. Reciprocal Teacher Delegations between the schools provide opportunities to plan yearly activities, acquaint staff members with the partner school, staff and community, share teaching materials and activities and participate in events and classes in the partner schools. A central goal of the school partnerships is to develop personal relationships between the school communities, to create a significant Israeli and British presence in the partner school, and to widen the circle of influence of the project to the community. Israel Tours of British schools participate in a mifgash with the partner school and with regional youth.
