This program consists of A. Developing and operating a volunteer unit as a major resource for the Community Center vis ? vis the community and B. Establishing and operating a volunteer and activist cadre as a major factor influencing the Community Centers programs and activities. The Unit will assist greatly in positioning the organization within the Ofakim community as a factor representing social involvement and positive values, and as an agent of change in contrast to the event organization activity in which it has engaged up to now. C. Developing a community administration in Mishor Hagefen neighborhood as a lever for promoting volunteering in Ofakim.
