A delegation of educators who arrive for a four day visit to Eshkol. Educators from Mexico who join a two year program in Mexico. Arrive in Israel for a visit of a month, from which they arrive in Eshkol for 4 days for home hospitality and a visit to the partner community. During their visit, they are hosted in schools in Eshkol, in the kindergartens and study in the Partnership area There is also a reciprocal delegation from Eshkol to visit the Mexican community. Together, the educators build programs for working together with their students

A women's delegation of women from the Beit Shean Region, with specialists in ethnic home cooking, brought scents of Israel and the Partnership region to Cleveland. The mission took part during Yom Ha’atzmaut events in Cleveland, and produced community events where the women told stories of their Jewish heritage and life in Beit Shean through the food they cooked. Thousands from the Jewish community in Cleveland were astounded by the amazing food made by the women, and as a result, experienced an utterly different but unique connection to the Partnership.

In recent years, the YAD domain of the Montreal Beer Sheva/Bnei Shimon partnership has suffered from decreasing engagement. We believe this stems mainly from the lack of a clear connection to our partnership region and its people. We believe the best way to address this ambiguity and disconnect is by bringing together the young leaders of community organizations and social enterprises in both Montreal and Beer Sheva for a top level Young Leaders’ Summit. Taking place in September 2017, this summit brought together identified leaders, entrepreneurs and creative thinkers from both communities for a weekend of professional development and brainstorming around Jewish identity, communities in the diaspora and Israel, and Young Adult engagement.

Alternating each year between communities, next full Steering Committee meeting will take place in Rehovot during which time the programs of the last and next year will be discussed and evaluated as well as the budget. Goals of the program: o Assess and evaluate programming from first year o Determine programs and budget for following year o Review guidelines and criteria set the year before and ensure process and programming meet those agreements o Provide a community program o Learn more about the community and P2G possibilities.

STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. This program targets high achieving high school students in northern New Jersey and Nahariya. NNJ we work with Bergen County Academies (BCA), a STEM focused top public school, to select students and faculty, both Jewish and non Jewish, to participate in our local delegation. Nahariya Shchakim High School +Rabin high school foe science and art The New Jersey students travel to Israel and the Israeli students travel to New Jersey with the hopes of creating positive and balanced opinions of Israel and the Israeli/American relationship.
