The Ethiopian Israeli population lives for the most part under low socioeconomic conditions. This reality makes it difficult for parents to provide their children with enrichment activity that involves high costs. By integrating these children into sporting educational activity four times a week during the year, we make it possible for them to enjoy meaningful recreation in a supervised and challenging setting. The program brings together children and teens from all population sectors, with the vision of integrating them into adult soccer leagues at the highest possible level. Furthermore, thanks to their participation in the program, the children become representatives of the city of Yokneam in league games they play each week across Israel.
