Benjamin Schneider Committee Member

Benjamin Schneider is from Cincinnati, Ohio where he has been a very active volunteer.  Ben has been an officer and board member of several local Cincinnati agencies including serving as the President of Rockwern Academy (formerly known as Yavneh Day School) Cincinnati’s pluralistic Jewish Day School, President of Big Brothers, Big Sisters Association of Cincinnati and a founding member and Vice President of his synagogue, Congregation Sha Arei Torah.  Ben also currently sits on the Board of Cincinnati’s Jewish Community Relations Council. 

Ben is an alumnus of Cincinnati’s first Wexner Heritage Class.  He has also been a member of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet where he held several leadership positions during his tenure, including Vice Chair of Education and Leadership Development, Vice Chair of Membership, Co-Chair of Endowment, and Co-Chair of the National Young Leadership Mission to Israel. 

Ben received his B.A., in Political Science and Economics from Miami University in 1994.  He received his J.D., Cum Laude from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2000.  Professionally, Ben is a real estate attorney and he is a partner with his father, brother and close friend in a real estate development and management company. 

Ben, and his wife, Dr. Ronna Schneider (who is also very accomplished in her professional life and volunteer life as she recently completed her term as Co-Chair of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet) have four children and two dogs.

He is a Committee Member since October 2017.
