Helene Lotman Associate Member of the Board of Governors

Dr. Helene Lotman is both an experienced senior executive and seasoned management consultant. In this capacity, Helene worked in both the nonprofit and the for-profit sectors in various industries, including philanthropy, venture capital, financial services, and professional associations. She has served as a senior executive for more than 30 years, in roles including CEO, Chief Learning Officer, Chief Organizational Development Officer and Director.
Helene created and implemented a regionally accredited doctoral program in organizational leadership and served as associate professor for a university serving experienced executives. She has coordinated international exchange efforts in education, including a program between Temple University and Haifa University, and has led more than 30 trips to Israel.
In her Federation life, Helene was associate director and developed the Women’s Division of the Sarasota-Manatee Jewish Federation and was executive vice president & chief talent officer for the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County, where she also served as co-interim CEO, overseeing FRD, leadership development and board development. At the Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City, Helene has led in those same areas, as well as strengthening the professional staff through reorganization, recruitment, and a focus on organizational culture.
She holds masters and doctoral degrees from Temple University.
