Jeffrey J. Wild is the Vice Chair of the Cleveland Federation’s Board of Trustees, as well as the past Chair of the Federation’s Annual Campaign for Jewish Needs and a Board Member of the Jack, Joseph & Morton Mandel Foundation. He is also a Board member of the Jewish Federations of North America and an alumnus of JFNA’s National Young Leadership Cabinet.

Jeff’s other philanthropic roles include serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Cleveland Development Advisors (an affiliate of the Greater Cleveland Partnership), current Board Chair of the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland, Past President of the Board of Trustees of Fuchs Mizrachi School, and Former Chair of the Jewish Community Federation’s Young Leadership Division. He is also on the Board of Directors of Cleveland International Fund and the Board of Trustees of Playhouse Square Foundation. Jeff is a 2010 alumnus of Leadership Cleveland.

Additionally, Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute, and the Wexner Heritage Leadership Institute.

Jeff is Benesch’s Firm Administrative Partner, Chief Strategy Partner, Chair of Benesch’s Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and joint venture work. He has extensive experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating all types of complex development, redevelopment and financing documents. He is currently very active in the formation and documentation of complex joint venture relationships, as well as multiple levels of private and public project financings, as part of large multi-phased development projects, in addition to the representation of clients in connection with large one-off and portfolio acquisitions.
