  • From now until December is the critical planning time of the year for the 2019-2020 programs. Each committee, led by the chairs and coordinators will develop ideas and create project cards for each potential program. The cards will include the goals and measurable objectives to ensure that upon completion, we will be able to judge our success. The budget will be decided at the Communities Council in NW IN - January 27-29, 2019. If you have ideas, now is the time to chime in to the relevant chair or coordinator!!

  • Michelle and I will be reaching out to the Committee chairs for individual phone calls to review the "working guidelines" and discuss the planning process. In this upcoming month of many wonderful holidays, we will try to schedule the calls.
