All of us, Israelis and Americans stand with the Pittsburgh Jewish community this week as we all mourned their members who were killed during Shabbat services for being Jewish.

Looking forward to Sunday, the Global Day of Jewish Learning. Dayton, Des Moines, Ft Wayne, Indianapolis and Toledo will join the Western Galilee and Budapest in a Zoom call for learning sources and a Book Talk with renowned author Lyn Julius on her recent book, The Untold Story of the Jewish Exile from Arab Countries (post 1948). 

Learn2Gether Cohort #2 is a great opportunity to bring Partnership to peoples' living rooms. Now is the time to organize a group. Wonderful visit with NW IN: Twenty strong they enjoyed home hospitality, caught a meeting of the Druze and Jewish kindergartens in Yanouch, visited the GMC, Shop for Meaning, TPC site and toured Old Akko. The participants connected with the Partnership potential.

The first group of the Women Leading a Dialogue completed their tremendously impactful visit to Ft Wayne, South Bend and Austin. The second group visited Youngstown, are presently in Ft Worth and will complete their visit next week in Dayton. Follow them on Facebook. 

Our Visionary delegations are coming together! Peter Harris will visit 3 communities and Yuval will bring his story to 4 communities. Stay tuned for more details. 

Have you registered for the Communities Council to be held in NW IN beginning with dinner on Jan. 27th  and ending with lunch on Jan. 29th ?? This is the opportunity to have input into the planning and approve the budget for 2019-2020. (Remember when 2020 sounded far away??!?) Aida, Judy Katz and their team are planning some exciting opportunities for us to keep warm and connected while we are at the CC. 

Celebrated the engagement of our son Amitai to Shira Rosenack last night at our house with an intimate l'chaim for 100 people.
