Busy Partnership Week!!

Opened on Sunday evening with the final group session of Learn2Gether Cohert #1. Now is the time to gather a group in your community to join Cohert #2. This is a great opportunity to enable people to participate in Partnership from their own living rooms!! Contact Avital  avitalbe@jafi.org  for more details.

Monday evening was the Partnership Twinning Teachers appreciation evening in the Western Galilee.  Over 60 teachers from Akko, Matte Asher and the Druze village were in attendance! The energy was high and 17 schools received certificates of appreciation. Thanks to Education chair Tony Ziv and coordinator Carmit.

Wednesday we hosted Zoe Riekes, past Partnership chair, TPC Campaign co-chair, Chair of the American Friends of GMC and the Queen of the Partnership. After the red carpet tour of the TPC and a meeting with Efrat, we felt obligated to try the new kosher chef's restaurant in the Old City of Akko. Highly recommended on your next visit.

Wednesday night we received our pre-GA Indianapolis guests - Brad Bell, Chuck Cohen, Mike Rubin and Michael and Franci Skolnick who arrived for a late dinner and stimulating conversation .

The visit continued on Thursday when we were joined by the Dayton contingent - Cathy Gardner, Debby and Bob Goldenberg and Dan and Janese Sweeney. Harold Gernsbacher, TPC Co-chair and Bradley Laye, Dallas Exec joined the party.

Had a VERY exciting tour of the TPC - we were able to walk on the floor tiles and see each office! Heidi planned a full day with a visit to the Lone Soldiers Center in Regba where we had the treat of hearing from the parents of one of the Lone Soldiers who happened to be visiting from MD. A great jeep ride with Aryeh Zalli, inspiring visits to the GMC and to the Naval Academy in Akko rounded out the day.

Efrat, Noa Tenne, Uri, Idan, Avital, Judy, Iris and David and Yael Laron joined us for a lovely dinner and opportunity for connecting and sharing. Thank you all for coming from far and near!!

Thanks to the Jewish Federation of Indianapolis who have increased their commitment to TPC to $35,000. Our pledges stand at $1,244,388.

Registration for the Communities Council will open next week.

Now is the time to request a Visionary visit for your community.

Looking forward to seeing many at the GA in Tel Aviv next week! Monday night 9:30 PM drinks in the Carlton Lobby!!

Shabbat Shalom,

Bracha
