1. Baking matsahs.
  2. Preparing the Seder Plate.
  3. Cleaning out the classroom: shelves, desks, cupboards and files.
  4. Koshering the utensils: scalding, making red-hot, soaking. Pupils can bring utensils from home, which can be koshered at school.
  5. Searching for and burning of hamets, so that children can take part in it at home on the evening before the Seder. It is a good idea to prepare a feather and scoop for the children to take home and use.
