This program is designed to enhance substantial ties between chefs from both communities. They reciprocal NOLA delegation will be traveling to Israel, and will build a partnership with professionals from our P2K communities. The delegates are planned to facilitate workshops and take part in a festive event in RH. There will be communicating regularly through phone, videoconference, and e mail to further plan its details and means of operation. The visit in Israel will also include home hospitality and culinary tours in Israel (such as wineries, markets, dairy factories etc.). The US chefs will also study about Kashrut to be able to have an event upon return to NOLA.
