Oct. 22, 2017, the 29th annual ASBEE World Kosher BBQ Competition and Festival at Anshei Sphard Beth El Emeth Congregation, took place. Three volunteers from Shoham and a Jewish Agency professional participated in the event representing the Shoham Memphis Partnership. The team was motivated and creative turning the traditional brisket into an Israeli shawarma. The group attracted a great audience who learned about our unique partnership.
