Occupational Training for people with special needs prepares individuals with disabilities and other special needs for the job market. The program includes: Vocational Evaluation: assists people with identifying work preferences, capabilities and aptitudes as well as prospective careers. Pre-Employment Services: facilitate the transition to employment, individuals receive guidance and instruction in. Job Placement: Yachdav Association & Hoshens staff matches individuals with jobs that reflect their skills and interests. A range of options are available for employment within the community. Job Coaching: Coaching includes teaching the actual job tasks as well as effective ways of integrating into the work environment. Follow Along: Once an employee is successfully trained on the job, coaching is phased out. Follow-along services are provided on an ongoing, as-needed basis to ensure both employee and employer satisfaction.
