The "Families leading change" program is operating for the development of a warm and supportive community, which creates stability in the family and strengthens the authority of the parents. The activity is focused in creating a framework of quality activities of children and parents, in developing social involvement and encouraging ideas that rise from the neighborhoods. The program emphasizes the joined work of parents and children with the as activists and leaders. The program includes: 1. 10 peak events around events in the yearly cycle. The neighborhood's residents take an active part in the thinking process and in the preparations 2. Weekly neighborhood happening that includes activities for the entire family: parents, children and grandparents. 3. House calls made by the project's team for the creation of long-term relationship 4. Activities for children twice a week: concerning content for upcoming events and volunteering work.
