Whereas, the Na'aleh program was created as a high level educational program designed for high school students from the FSU and later from other countries to complete their high school education in Israel, and


Whereas, the program has been extraordinarily successful in both its academic achievement and in encouraging the participants, and in many cases, their parents to make Aliyah and become successful citizens of Israel.


Therefore, it has been resolved that the Aliyah and Klitah Committee calls upon the leadership of the Jewish Agency to take the necessary steps to encourage the Government  of Israel not to take any action which will change the character and integrity of the  Na'aleh program.
