It is hereby resolved to increase the framework of the budget for operating unrestricted activities of the Jewish Agency for Israel for the Fiscal Year January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 in the amount of $3.3 M for the expansion of programs financed by fees for services as detailed herein below, so that the aggregate amount is $289 M instead of $285.7 M.
